Part-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Associate

As an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for posting invoices and monies in Printsmith software. This also requires balancing the daily cash drawer and credit card receipts. You will be responsible for closing the accounts receivable both weekly and monthly and generating required reports for the CEO and CPA. Another important responsibility will be making necessary collection calls to our customers in a timely matter.

You will be responsible for matching vendor invoices with packing slips, coding vendor invoices, posting vendor invoices into Creative Solution software and preparing invoices for payment.

The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.

Strong technical skills in MS Word and Excel is a must.

Graphics/Prepress Tech

This position requires the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner, with the ultimate goal being to exceed our customers’ expectations. Excellent organizational skills are a must! You should have an inquisitive and intuitive mind, with an emphasis on striving to get the most out of the supplied resources. The preferred candidate will have at least 3 years of printing industry experience, and excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms. Industry experience is a must.

The ideal candidate should be able to prepare files for output to traditional offset and digital printing equipment; must have strong background in creating and troubleshooting electronic files; must have a high level of proficiency in Quark XPress, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and some experience in workflow and imposition software. Additional experience in non-traditional programs such as Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Word is a plus.

This hands-on position requires the ability to operate various bindery, offset, digital and mail equipment. Excellent organization skills are a must! The preferred candidate will have 5+ years of print production experience, and excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.

Customer Service Representative

The position of Customer Service Representative will provide the expertise necessary for the candidate to transition to a dedicated Account Manager or a Sales Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for effectively processing orders and corresponding with customers in a consultative manner, both over the telephone and face-to-face. This position requires the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously to efficiently plan and schedule resources to exceed our customers’ expectations. Excellent organization skills are a must! The preferred candidate will have 2-3 years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience, and excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms. A high math aptitude and computer skills are also required. Industry experience is preferred.
